The radiator and the module touth board-face should be level off, the radiator board plane need ≤ 0.03 mm, press the module board on the radiator to guarantee the excellent heat conduction. Otherwise the touch thermal resistance increases, increases , effect the quantity of heat transmits from the tube core to the radiator.When electrode and copper bar connecting, screws need tight.
When natural cooling, the radiator should lay upright. According to the favorable air convection to sending out quantity of heat for the selection of module nominal current and radiator length, relative to the compulsion cold wind situation, the module nominal current and the radiator length should be double.
To insure is not pass the rating, we advice use temperature protective way.
Warning: When module TC passed the rating TC, should reduce, or possibly can cause thermal breakdown which the module can not be restore. |
