Fiberglass structural shapes

Pultruded structure shape is one of the most advanced method in the world at the moment. It is made from fiberglass unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin to adopt wear-resisting model, to produce the steel goods with each kind of section and different thickness.
1. Application
Pultruded products could used for high-pressured electrical equipments (eg.: high-pressured switch, transformer, insulation structure spare part in the capacitor, antenna in communication equipment, wire laying prop, money road wire insulation module, coal mine and the project tension bar with mine pit tunnel uses, suspension bar on the grain machine, oil pole of the oil field, non-metal optical cable supporting pole, organic composite insulator core bar and so on)
2. Characteristic:
Highly mechanical strength: because of adopt the high content upto 70% single-fiber to enhancement material, it has highly anti-tensile, late, pressure strength.
3. Light weight
Pultruded products is lighter 4 times than steel goods, 30% than aluminum material, it’s convenient for transporting, installing and repairing,its synthesis economic efficiency is good
4. Electric insulation performance
Due to the small gap, has good performance of electric insulation.
5. Stable size
Heat expansion modulus of pultruded good is under most of plastic and steel goods also does not absorb moisture. So the size is stable.
6. Chemistry anticorrosion
Pultruded adopt the inorganic fiber, all adhesive--- unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin both have chemistry anticorrosion, so pultruded is excellent chemistry anticorrosion good too.
7. The application technology capability is good, the applicable scope is broad, the customer may design section size freely.
Pultruded could complete one time according to customer requirements. Different section shape and length request of product’s size is exactly, small tolerance, good surface smooth, do not have produce machine, directly use.
